Municipal Council Presents $10,000 Contribution to Valley SPCA

GRAND FALLS, September 9, 2025

Mayor Beaulieu presented a check for $10,000 on behalf of the municipal council to Lise-Hélène Carpenter, president of the local non-profit organization Valley SPCA (animal shelter).

This contribution will help the shelter face its current challenges and continue caring for homeless animals—providing them with loving homes, vital medical care, and the equipment and resources needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Together, as a community, we can ensure the Valley SPCA not only survives but continues to thrive, making a lasting difference for animals in need.
