(Notice under Section 15 (3) of the Local Governance Act)
A public notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to
adopt a by-law relating to tall grasses in Grand Falls.
The purpose of this by-law is to outline the regulations for tall grasses and maintenance
of land within the former administrative limits of the town of Grand Falls; of the municipality of Drummond and in certain sections of the district of Saint-André.
This by-law is not applicable within the aforementioned areas for agricultural land.
Interested persons may review the proposed amendment at the Clerk’s office at the Grand
Falls Town Hall, 131 Pleasant Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday or
on the www.grandfalls.com website.
Council will meet at the Town hall at 7:00 p.m. on April 19th, 2023, and may proceed
with the first reading at that time.
