The New-Brunswick Health Council’s Patient Voices Network is a forum for New Brunswickers to share their experiences and voice their opinions about specific components of the health care system. For more information, see the Fact Sheet attached.
The theme that will be explored with the Patient Voices Network this year is “virtual access to primary health care”. More specifically, the NBHC wants to hear from citizens about their experiences with virtual visits (over the phone, via text message, or through videoconference) for primary health care services. As part of this work, they will be organizing focus groups in each of the 7 health zones of the province.
The focus group in the region of Grand Falls will be taking place on May 4th from 1:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the public library.
The NBHC is hoping to hear from New Brunswickers from all walks of life in their engagement activities.
We encourage you to take part in this initiative by contacting Monique Brideau, Analyst, Citizen and Community Engagement at the New Brunswick Health Council: monique.brideau@csnb.ca. There are limited spots available to participate, and registrations will be completed on a first come, first serve basis. As a thank you, the NBHC will offer an honorarium to those who participate in this engagement activity.
