GRAND FALLS, March 20, 2024 - After months of consultation, reflection and rigorous work, the Grand Falls Regional Municipality is proud to unveil its 2023-2027 strategic plan. This planning tool will align the municipality's orientations with the needs of the population. In this way, everyone's efforts will converge towards common goals.
The municipality delivers a wide range of services, all of which are important to its citizens. To ensure that its vision is carried forward and that strategic objectives are implemented in a cohesive manner, priority areas have been established, including intervention sectors.

The strategic planning exercise began last August with public consultations that attracted 200 people in person and 140 via an online survey.
