By-Laws and Policies
Since January 1, 2023, the communities of Grand-Falls, Drummond and Saint-André, as well as the local service district of Grand-Falls and part of the local service district of Drummond have united to form the new Grand Falls Regional Municipality. The transition to the new municipal entity requires the adoption of new bylaws.
Existing by-laws from the local governments of Grand Falls, Drummond and Saint-André will continue to applymutatis mutandis,except for by-laws relating to the same sections that our by-laws have been adopted by the Council of the Grand Falls Regional Municipality.
