Request no. 19-03-2024
The Grand Falls Regional Municipality is seeking proposals for the acquisition of cinema projection-audio equipment and certain complementary accessories.
The Grand Falls Regional Municipality wishes to offer the equipment free of charge to an individual, organization or business that would make good use of the equipment for the benefit of the community. The equipment enables the operation of two movie theatres:
· Complete cinema projection and sound systems
· Computer servers
· Soundproofing equipment
· Furnishings
The proposed project must be held within the territory of the Grand Falls Regional Municipality.
The proposal should provide:
1. An overview of the proposed project.
2. The name and contact information of the person in charge.
3. A description of your team and/or partner.
4. A list of resources, including funding and expertise.
5. Proof of address where the project will take place.
6. Be typed, clear and concise.
Review of proposals will be based on the following criteria:
1. Submission of a business plan (40)
2. Project feasibility and viability (30)
3. Project's impact on the community (30)
