Municipal incentives
Through its Development Department, the Regional Municipality of Grand Falls wishes to promote economic growth and development throughout its territory.
The establishment of this incentive program is part of the initiatives targeted by the 2023-2027 Municipal Strategic Plan, which aims for economic prosperity with community benefits.
Commercial and insdustrial businesses
Incentive program to encourage new commercial and industrial properties by granting an annual financial contribution ($0.20 incentive per $100 of assessment) based on the complete property tax assessment increase after the construction is finished for a period of five years.
