(Notice under Section 15 (3) of the Local Governance Act)
A public notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to adopt a by-law relating to emergency procedures for Grand Falls.
The purpose of this by-law is to determine the responsibilities and the powers of the
municipality and municipal council regarding emergency measures for Grand Falls.
Interested persons may review the proposed amendment at the Clerk’s office at the Grand
Falls Town Hall, 131 Pleasant Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday or
on the www.grandfalls.com website.
Council will meet at the Town hall at 7:00 p.m. on April 19th, 2023, and may proceed with the first reading at that time.
