Grand Falls Central Business Development Corp. Inc. Operating Budget

At its regular meeting held on October 15^th, 2025, the Grand Falls Municipal Council authorized the Clerk to issue the following notice.

Please be advised that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to approve the operating budget of the Grand Falls Central Business Development Corp. Inc., as outlined below.

Furthermore, please note that a levy of $0.20 for every hundred dollars of assessed value will be imposed on non-residential properties located within the business improvement area to implement this budget.

Finally, be advised that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to enact a municipal by-law to impose this business improvement levy on non-residential properties within the business improvement area.

Objections to the proposed municipal by-law may be submitted to the Clerk’s Office no later than November 14^th, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., either in person at 131 Pleasant Street, Grand Falls, NB or by e-mail at dg-cao@grandsault.ca.
