By-law Z-1 - A By-law Respecting the Construction, Repair and Demolition of Buildings and Structures in Grand Falls

(Notice given pursuant to section 15 (3) of the Local Governance Act)

Public notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council proposes to adopt a by-law relating the Construction, Repair and Demolition of Buildings and Structures in Grand Falls

 This by-law aims to harmonize building regulations following the amalgamation of the Town of Grand Falls, Village of Drummond, and the Rural Community of Saint-André.

The document can be viewed in the “Proposed By-Laws” section of the municipal website (www.grandsault.com) or, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the clerk’s office at the Grand Falls municipal building, 131 Pleasant Street,

Council will meet at the Town hall at 7:00 p.m. on May 27th, 2025, and may proceed with the first and second reading at that time.
