Medical Scholarship

The Grand Falls Regional Municipality, in collaboration with the New Brunswick Medical Education Foundation Inc., is proud to offer a medical scholarship to support the next generation of physicians in our region.

This scholarship, valued at $6,000 per year for four years, will be awarded annually to an eligible medical student.

Eligibility criteria:The recipient must:

• Be a bilingual student enrolled in a medical program at an accredited university;

• Commit to practicing family medicine or working as an emergency physician at the Grand Falls General Hospital for a minimum of four years following the completion of their medical training.
