Air Operations - Loring, Maine

The Loring Development Authority along with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Air Guard, and other military units will conduct active runway and airport operations from May 1st to May 5th on Loring Airforce Base for Operation Northern Phoenix. The exercise aims to enhance readiness and coordination among participating forces. Officials say locals should not be alarmed seeing helicopters and other aircrafts operating in the airspace around Loring but also near the CAN-US borders.
