Project No. 8864 - Infrstructure Upgrade on Harley Hill & High Streets

Sealed bids will be received by Grand Falls until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the Bid Deposit Box located at 131 Pleasant Street Grand Falls, NB E3Z 1G6 for Project No. 8864, Infrastructure Upgrade on Harley Hill & High Streets, Grand Falls, NB.

In general, the work consists of removing and replacing of existing water distribution, sanitary sewage and storm sewer collection systems, along with associated roadway repairs including new concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks and asphalt.

Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of a certified cheque or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, 131 Pleasant Street Grand Falls, NB E3Z 1G6 and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint-John.

Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project.

Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified Cheque shall be made payable to Gr.

Contractors are encouraged to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 131 Pleasant Street Grand Falls, NB E3Z 1G6. This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the Owner and the Consultant.
