Project No. 422-21 - Sanitary Sewer Rerouting

Sealed tenders marked "Sanitary Sewer Rerouting, Project No. 422-21" will be received by the Grand Falls Regional Municipality on August 13, 2026, at the Municipal Building until 2:00 p.m. (local time), located at 131 Pleasant Street, Suite 200, Grand Falls, NB  E3Z 1G6. Public opening of tenders will follow immediately.

Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Grand Falls Regional Municipality. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope.

The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (NB Regulation 2022-78), as amended, shall apply to this contract.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Removal and replacement of the existing water, sanitary and storm sewer systems in sections of the Taylor, Park and O’Regan Streets for an approximate total length of 240 m;

• Construction of the new roadway;

• Installation of concrete curbs;

• Fine grading and asphaltic concrete;

• Site restoration.

The Grand Falls Regional Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Award of contract is conditional to funding approval.
