PUBLIC NOTICE - Amendments to By-law No. 1900 entitled “Zoning By-Law

Modification à l'arrêté municipal no. 1900 intitulé "Arrêté de Zonage,Municipalité régionale de Grand-Sault, NB

(Under Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, 2017, c. 19)

 

Notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to consider amendments to By-law No. 1900 entitled “Zoning By-Law”.

 

The objective of the proposed change is to rezone the property bearing PIDs 65194243 and 65194243, belonging to Marc-André et Annie Ouellette, and located on Thériault Street in Grand Falls, NB. 

 

The purpose of this amendment is to ensure that the zoning is compliant with the purpose of accommodating two multi-family buildings on one lot.


Schedule « A-2025-18 »

  • Rezone the property having the PID 65194243 from a R2C (Single, two-unit and multiple residential) zone to a AI (Integrated development) zone, with terms and conditions.

 

The proposed by-law may be viewed by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 131 Pleasant Street, Grand Falls, NB.

 

A meeting to consider written objections to the proposed changes will be held on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Council Room at Municipal Building, 131 Pleasant Street in Grand Falls, NB.  Any person who wishes to speak for or against the written objections is entitled to be heard. 

 

Written objections shall be addressed to the CAO, and sent to Grand Falls Regional Municipality, 131, Pleasant Street, suite 200, Grand Falls, NB E3Z 1G6, or by email to : dg-cao@grandsault.ca.
