(pursuant to section 25 of the Community Planning Act, Chapter 19)

 

Notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to consider amendments to By-law No. 93 entitled “BY-LAW ADOPTING THE GRAND FALLS MUNICIPAL PLAN”.

 

The objective of the proposed amendment to By-law 93 is to amend the Municipal Plan to affect a parts of the properties having the PID 65096364, belonging to Donald Bouchard located on Leclerc Road in Grand Falls, NB.

 

The goal of the request is to reassign the said lots from Resources to Residential to allow the creation of a new Residential lot as shown in Schedule B-2025-13.


Council will meet at the Municipal Building on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 for a public presentation of the proposed amendments.

 

Written objections to the said amendments may be made to the Council by forwarding them to the Clerk within thirty (30) days after the public presentation is held.

 

Written objections shall be addressed to the CAO, and sent to Grand Falls Regional Municipality, 131, Pleasant Street, suite 200, Grand Falls, NB E3Z 1G6, or by email to : dg-cao@grandsault.ca.
