Rezoning Project Notice, Leclerc St. (PID 6509634)

(Under Section 111 of the Community Planning Act, 2017, c. 19)

Notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to consider amendments to By-law No. 1900 entitled “Zoning By-Law”.

The objective of the proposed change is to rezone the property bearing PID 65096364, belonging to Donald Bouchard, and located on Leclerc Street in Grand Falls, NB. 

The purpose of this amendment is to allow a single-family residence in an area unserviced by a public water and sanitary sewer system.

• Rezone the property having the PID 65096364 from RES (Resources) zone to a R1A (Single-Unit Residential Unserviced) zone.

The proposed by-law may be viewed by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 131 Pleasant Street, Grand Falls, NB.

A meeting to consider written objections to the proposed changes will be held on Wednesday, January 21^st, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Council Room at Municipal Building, 131 Pleasant Street in Grand Falls, NB.  Any person who wishes to speak for or against the written objections is entitled to be heard.
