REMINDER - Cannabis in New Brunswick
The Grand Falls Police Force is asking the community to exercise caution, as the consumption of unregulated products can lead to serious health problems. In addition, these items are offered in attractive packaging that may resemble popular candy, creating an additional risk that a child may ingest cannabis by mistake.
The Grand Falls Police Force would also like to remind the community that there are penalties for those who possess or purchase illegal cannabis, not just those who sell or distribute it. Cannabis NB and its authorized private retailers are the only ones who can legally sell cannabis products in New Brunswick. A list of authorized private retailers is available online.
