The Grand Falls Regional Municipality is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of one new diesel tandem truck 6x4, complete with snow removal equipment, for the Operations Services Department.

Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Grand Falls Municipal Building, by e-mail at info@grandsault.ca or by calling 506-475-7777 ext. 1.

The latest revision and amendments of the Procurement Act, S.N.B. 2012, c. 20, the Goods and Services Regulation 2014-93 - Procurement Act, O.C.2014-273.

A Bid Bond, A certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Grand Falls Regional Municipality, must accompany the tender. Tenders will have to be signed, and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.

Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked « ONE DIESEL TANDEM TRUCK 6X4, TENDER CALL #07-15-2025(2) », will be received by the Grand Falls Regional Municipality on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the reception desk of the Grand Falls Municipal Building, by mail or e-mail until 2:00 p.m. (local time).

Public opening of tenders will follow immediately and will be also on Facebook live on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/GrandSaultFalls .

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
