Sealed bids will be received by the Grand Falls Regional Municipality until 2 p.m. local time, Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in the Bid Deposit Box located at 131 Pleasant Street, Suite 200, Grand Falls, NB E3Z 1G6 for Project No. 8029, Milling and Paving, chemin de l’Église, Saint-André, N.B. The tender opening will be live on the Grand Falls Regional Municipality Facebook page.
In general, the work consists of milling, paving, and replacement of curb and sidewalk along approx.. 400m of chemin de l’Église Street.
Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) HST included, per bid set in the form of a certified cheque, e-transfer, or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT MCGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw and the Grand Falls Regional Municipality, and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint John.
Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project.
Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified cheque shall be made payable to Grand Falls Regional Municipality.
The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
