Wanted Notice - Sylvain LAVIOLLETTE

Following a complaint received on June 20^th 2025 of a sexual nature, the Grand Falls Police Force conducted a thorough investigation which resulted in the following:

An information was laid in the Edmundston Provincial Court on the July 8^th 2025, which contains 7 accusations:

·        Sexual Assault, 271(a) CCC

·        Sexual Interference, 151 (a) CCC

·        Invitation to Sexual Touching, 152(a) CCC

·        Assault With Weapon, 267(a) CCC

·        Assault, 266(a) CCC

·        Failure to Comply with Probation Order, 733.1(1)(a) CCC

Subsequently, a Warrant of Arrest for Sylvain Laviolette was issued. Below, is a picture of Sylvain Laviolette with his physical description.
