Update for the week of August 26 to 30 on the Portage Road project:
Continued installation of sanitary sewer line on Portage Rd.
Continued installation of storm sewer pipe on Portage Rd.
Continued installation of water mains on Portage Rd.
Sub-base spreading at the intersection of West River Rd. and Portage Rd.
Work scheduled for this week:
Finalizing the installation of the sanitary sewer line, storm sewer line and drinking water line on Portage Rd.
Preparing to transfer residents to the new main lines
Paving and sidewalk work on the section between boul. Broadway and Chapel Street and on Portage Rd.
